I want to report a serious concern with Diamond Escape Hospitality Enterprises's gadget that I purchased on November 17, 1981 from your South Herminioside, Alaska store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Elody X., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate Diamond Escape Hospitality Enterprises reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement athletic shoes has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
