I want to report a serious concern with Diamond Escape Hospitality Enterprises's solution that I purchased on December 1, 1995 from your New Elena, Wisconsin store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kameron I., but my issue remains unresolved.
