I purchased a service from UnitedBank Moscow Ltd. on September 6, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Monserrat F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
