I'm writing to complain about the maintenance program I received from Lodge International. After paying $998.25 for gadget, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Carleton X., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Lodge International called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
