Hidden fees discovered from Lodge International

I have been a loyal customer of Lodge International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-1502-QHJ-9304) on February 21, 1986, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
