Frustrated with Projects Associates's lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Projects Associates's account that I purchased on May 31, 1984 from your Mortonville, Oregon store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alexandrea Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
