Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Reliable Engineering & Sons for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-4311-NRN-3266) on April 15, 1970, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 14, 2025 06:00I've received an email from Barbara Moore at Reliable Engineering & Sons offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The headphones was clearly defective from the start.
