I have been a loyal customer of Reliable Engineering & Sons for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-4311-NRN-3266) on April 15, 1970, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I've received an email from Barbara Moore at Reliable Engineering & Sons offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The headphones was clearly defective from the start.
