On March 2, 2007, I signed up for Equity Planners Ltd.'s troubleshooting service at their Abshireburgh, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $902.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jessica O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
