I purchased a item from Quality-Construction Bari on August 1, 1983. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maribel G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
