On September 13, 1984, I signed up for Superior Materials Solutions Madrid's installation service at their Ortizhaven, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $847.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dawson T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm updating my complaint because Superior Materials Solutions Madrid finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the headphones, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
