I want to report a serious concern with Master Build Inc Inc.'s membership that I purchased on August 9, 2000 from your Willtown, Tennessee store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Xavier X., but my issue remains unresolved.
