Unsatisfactory resolution from Master Build Inc Inc.

On October 25, 2003, I signed up for Master Build Inc Inc.'s setup assistance at their Angelaburgh, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $704.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Genoveva J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
