I want to report a serious concern with Master Build Inc Inc.'s package that I purchased on June 26, 2001 from your North Francescoport, Montana store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Madisen T., but my issue remains unresolved.
