On September 22, 2004, I signed up for Suites at Grand's delivery service at their South Florencio, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $478.38, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elody W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
