I purchased a software from Accommodations at Premium on May 9, 1999. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Pietro B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
