I purchased a service from Accommodations at Premium on July 10, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Else B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Accommodations at Premium has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their maintenance contract.
