Warranty claim denied by Accommodations at Premium

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8080-GLJ-1507 placed with Accommodations at Premium on May 8, 1994. I paid $332.23 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Santino M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 06, 2025 05:19I want to acknowledge that Accommodations at Premium has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $432.48 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $432.48 for a dress shirt that never worked properly.
