Unresolved issue with Pinnacle Trust product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9958-CPA-9823 placed with Pinnacle Trust on June 9, 1975. I paid $821.18 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Wilford S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
