I have been a loyal customer of Pinnacle Trust for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-4868-AMZ-5938) on August 10, 2004, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I've received an email from Elizabeth Hernandez at Pinnacle Trust offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The router was clearly defective from the start.
