I purchased a subscription from Homes Bros LLC on June 25, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Madelyn O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
