I have been a loyal customer of Pro Factories Solutions Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-1459-ZEX-7695) on December 2, 1977, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
