I have been a loyal customer of Pro Factories Solutions Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-2824-VCG-1516) on June 12, 1990, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
