I am writing regarding order #ORD-1143-ZWI-4924 placed with Pro Factories Solutions Ltd. on October 31, 2023. I paid $826.66 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rodger F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Pro Factories Solutions Ltd. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $456.54 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $456.54 for a headphones that never worked properly.
