I have been a loyal customer of Superior Works Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-3092-WUQ-3240) on September 19, 2011, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $284.40 refund only covers part of what I paid for the professional setup, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
