I have been a loyal customer of Superior Works Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-6017-ZNQ-3607) on September 10, 1995, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
