I am writing regarding order #ORD-8717-KEC-8574 placed with Treasury Corporation Holdings on April 4, 2006. I paid $120.79 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Adaline U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $262.13 refund only covers part of what I paid for the consultation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
