Poor customer service experience with Treasury Corporation Holdings

I want to report a serious concern with Treasury Corporation Holdings's service that I purchased on March 23, 2011 from your West Arianemouth, Vermont store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Christopher M., but my issue remains unresolved.
