False promises made by Expert Craft & Sons representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4181-ATE-9192 placed with Expert Craft & Sons on June 9, 2018. I paid $658.12 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Reba F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
