On July 24, 2008, I signed up for Elite Works Inc Hangzhou's customer support at their Ondrickaport, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $708.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Corene H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $116.88 refund only covers part of what I paid for the installation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
