I want to report a serious concern with Elite Works Inc Hangzhou's gadget that I purchased on November 4, 2009 from your Liamview, Utah store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dudley H., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 21, 2025 05:56Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $269.60 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
