Refund refused by Stay at Silver Fukuoka

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7452-ZKH-6680 placed with Stay at Silver Fukuoka on April 14, 2003. I paid $454.70 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Aiden U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
