I have been a loyal customer of Products Works for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-4740-OPD-6655) on March 16, 2020, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Products Works. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the television I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
