Misleading advertising by Products Works
Complaint Details
I purchased a membership from Products Works on May 8, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Orland P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 26, 2025 05:20I want to acknowledge that Products Works has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $230.47 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $230.47 for a television that never worked properly.
