I am writing regarding order #ORD-7430-CBK-7835 placed with Modern Design & Sons on December 28, 2001. I paid $484.77 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dorian B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
