I am writing regarding order #ORD-4526-FBR-4115 placed with Development Partners on March 7, 2006. I paid $620.50 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Suzanne B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

It's now been 12 days since my initial complaint, and Development Partners still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their design service.
