Refund refused by Development Partners

It's now been 12 days since my initial complaint, and Development Partners still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their design service.

After a thorough investigation of your complaint, our technical team has confirmed that there was indeed a manufacturing defect in the batch produced on April 10, 2025.
