Credit card dispute with Heritage Savings International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2276-RWS-6565 placed with Heritage Savings International on May 20, 2002. I paid $595.53 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kendra D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
