I purchased a platform from Heritage Savings International on August 1, 2006. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gonzalo R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Heritage Savings International. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the headphones I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
