I am writing regarding order #ORD-1243-WTF-4921 placed with Comfort Lodge Hotels International on September 10, 1972. I paid $952.37 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marguerite Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
