I purchased a package from Comfort Lodge Hotels International on September 14, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kade L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
