I have been a loyal customer of Premium Inn Group Valencia for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-4844-VQZ-7919) on May 14, 2020, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

The situation with Premium Inn Group Valencia has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the premium membership, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-295DAED9 multiple times.
