I purchased a equipment from Oasis at Tranquil Ltd. on May 14, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gianni O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
