I am writing regarding order #ORD-2092-YEF-6913 placed with Finance Associates Inc. on August 16, 1979. I paid $437.88 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kailey E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Finance Associates Inc. finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the tablet, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
