I am writing regarding order #ORD-7556-QQK-9846 placed with Industries Engineering International on April 10, 2022. I paid $838.82 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sabrina T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Industries Engineering International, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my tablet. This is extremely frustrating.
