I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Regan X., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I've received an email from Richard Anderson at Industries Engineering International offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The smartphone was clearly defective from the start.
