I'm writing to complain about the installation service I received from Elite Stay Hospitality. After paying $413.27 for application, I found that it found unauthorized charges. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Maddison C., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The athletic shoes from Elite Stay Hospitality not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
