I have been a loyal customer of Global Production Houston for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-5712-QKI-7392) on September 16, 2013, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 25, 2025 05:17I appreciate Global Production Houston reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement wireless speaker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
