On February 22, 2020, I signed up for Global Production Houston's technical assistance at their Schulistburgh, California location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $346.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Weston T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

It's now been 2 days since my initial complaint, and Global Production Houston still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their expedited shipping.
