I have been a loyal customer of FirstEquity Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-5407-CRZ-4294) on July 12, 1985, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 14, 2025 05:16I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The television from FirstEquity Ltd. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
