On November 15, 2000, I signed up for FirstEquity Ltd.'s maintenance program at their Ashleeborough, Washington location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $464.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marisol O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
