I am writing regarding order #ORD-8400-RZC-4386 placed with Steel-Craft Toowoomba LLC on February 6, 2012. I paid $817.83 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Annette R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Steel-Craft Toowoomba LLC has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $391.29 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $391.29 for a wireless speaker that never worked properly.
